Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise Organizing Committee of a change of name.
To cancel the registration, please notify Organizing Committee immediately:
Provided written notice is received by March 2, a full refund will be given less 50 € administration charge.
Provide written notice is received by March 30, a 50% refund will be given.
It is regretted for registration cancelled after March 30, the full fee will be payable.
