Short
Communication Paper
The
program will consist of invited general lectures, selected topical
lectures and poster presentations.
The
International Scientific Committee (ISC) will select speakers to give
topical lectures and for poster presentations. To allow the selection,
one short communication (2 pages) is required.
Short communication paper
should be prepared in Microsoft Word
or PDF format. The authors are asked to use the Microsoft Word template
and to
follow the guidelines described in it.

Short

The maximum number of communications per registered person is two.
The
deadline for submmision of short communication paper is March
8th, 2019 (Extended deadline: March 18th, 2019).
The
authors
will be notified of acceptance by ISC before March 15th, 2019 (Extended deadline: March 21tst, 2019).
Topical
Lectures
Duration
of topical lectures will be 15 min include discussion.
A
laptop PC
(Windows 10, Microsoft Power Point) can be available for the oral
presentation. During the previous Breaks or Lunch times, please put
and check
your presentation file on the PC.
Presenters
who want to use other computer or software are required to use
their own
computer. General VGA connector and HDMI conector are available. The
resolution of the
prepared
projector is 1024x768 pixels.
Poster
Presentation
The
posters
should NOT exceed 90 cm in width (typically A0 paper size, 84 x 119 cm).
To
help the
useful discussion in the poster session, it is recommended to put your
poster
during the previous lunch time.
Award
During
the
Conference, the Organizing Committee (OC) will
select the
best work presented by PhD students, according to the quality of the
scientific
content and presentation. Eligible students should
not be
defending their PhD thesis before January 2019. The Award consists of
the cost
of the registration fee in the Conferece and a certificate.
Candidates
submitting abstract through e-mail must also send details about their PhD
thesis director (name, institution, e-mail).
