Information for our Official Agents
As part of its international strategy, in 2010 the UCO created a network of international agents to represent our university throughout the world.
These agents are responsible for disseminating the UCO’s services and programmes of study, as well as providing students information about application and registration processes. The UCO has also published a series of promotional materials such as leaflets and brochures and also offers guided visits and advisory services and aid to all those interested.
If you or your company is interested in becoming one of our agents, please send us your proposal. Proposals should contain the following points:
- Information about the company and/or individual entity: name, address, telephone number and e-mail
- Why you are interested in working with us
- What you can offer the University of Cordoba
- If you are an agent for other universities (indicate which universities)

Code of conduct for agents
- Advise students about which courses to enrol in
- Help students during the registration process
- Send us the registration forms of students who fulfil entry requirements
- Promote our academic offering in the market
- Provide us information about the job market in your home country
- Inform us about any important changes taking place in your agency regarding contact information, administrative staff, the opening of new regional offices, etc.
- Make sure you are familiar with the new plans and programmes of study offered at the UCO
- Represent our university in an honest and truthful manner
- Always act in the best interest of the students

1 Technical file of the UCO
- Named best public university in Spain in 2009, the UCO has recently been awarded the title of Campus of International Excellence in Agrifood
- 21,000 students are currently enrolled at the UCO
- The UCO has 1200 teaching faculty and 700 employees
- The UCO comprises 11 faculties and schools as well as 2 affiliated schools
- The UCO offers 14 first degree programmes in the fields of food and agriculture, science and technology; 12 first degree programmes in the fields of humanities and legal and social sciences; 2 first degree programmes in the health sciences and 7 second-cycle undergraduate degree programmes
- The UCO structures its academic activity around the following campuses: the Agrifood, Science and Technology Campus (Rabanales Campus); the Health Sciences Campus (Menéndez Pidal Campus); the Humanities and Legal and Social Sciences Campus, and the Polytechnic School of Belmez
- More than 700 students from other Spanish universities and abroad study every year at the UCO
