Doctora por la Universidad de Córdoba (España) y por la Universidad de Pau (Francia) en el marco de un programa de cotutela internacional de tesis. Es Profesora en la UCO desde 2019 y desarrolla su actividad investigadora y docente en el Área de Teoría de la Literatura y Literatura Comparada de la UCO. Participa como investigadora en el Proyecto de Investigación I+D+I MUJERES DE ALMA RURAL: Guía lingüística integral de estrategias para la sostenibilidad de la biodiversidad agroalimentaria. Su tarea investigadora se ha centrado en narrativa y género y en la interacción de códigos (especialmente cine y literatura). Es autora de un libro sobre la recepción de los textos de Galdós desde una perspectiva de mujer.
She received her Ph. D. from the University of Córdoba (Spain) and the University of Pau (France) as part of an international PhD thesis co-supervision. She is Professor in the UCO since 2019 and develops her research and teaching activity in the Area of Theory of Literature and Comparative Literature. She participates as a researcher in the Research Project called MUJERES CON ALMA RURAL: Guía lingüística integral de estrategias para la sostenibilidad de la biodiversidad agroalimentaria. Her research task has focused on narrative and genre and the interaction of codes (specially cinema and literature). She is the author of a book about the reception of Galdós’s texts from a woman’s perspective.
