Oral Presentations

Oral presentation times (including discussion) are allocated as below.

- General Lecture:  40 min. include discussion (35 + 5 min.).

- Topical Lecture:  25 min. include discussion (20 + 5 min.).

A laptop PC (Windows 7, Microsoft Power Point 2007) can be available for the oral presentation. During the previous Breaks or Lunch times, please put and check your presentation file on the PC.

Presenters who want to use other computer or software are required to use their own computer. General VGA connector is available. The resolution of the prepared projector is 1024x768 pixels.

Poster Presentations

The posters should NOT exceed 90 cm in width (typically A0 paper size, 84 x 119 cm).

To help the useful discussion in the poster session, it is recommended to put your poster during the previous lunch time.
