OLid
Script for the automated detection of XS limits and calculation of channel dimensions
OLid has been developed as a freely-available script for the assessment of channel XS limits and dimensions in an automated way. It only requires as input the topographic profile (X,Y coordinates) in a comma-separated-value format (.csv file). As outputs, it provides the coordinates of the XS limits and the main XS dimensions (width, depth, area)

Please, download the script and Matlab compiler below. Install the required components (MCRinstaller). The script will be typically located in C:/users/name/Downloads or similar. Please, mind the path shown in the console while installing. A sample XS file can also be found inside the package.
