Registration Fees

The registration period to take part in the Conference and to reserve a place at the Conference Dinner will run from September 10 to November 4, 2018.

Registration fee includes participation in the conference’s academic program, tour of the old town, conference information and certificates, and the coffee breaks throughout the conference.
Conference Dinner 45 €
The Conference Dinner will feature the presentation of the 2018 AEDEAN awards. Dinner will take place at Real Círculo de la Amistad.
Payment for the Conference Dinner must be made simultaneously to payment for the conference fees (one transfer only per person).

Payment of the registration fee must be made by bank transfer to the conference bank account:

Please, make sure that your transfer is easily identifiable by including the following information in the description field: AEDEAN2018 + Your name (e.g., AEDEAN2018 John Smith).

If you have decided to attend the conference dinner, add 45€ to the registration fee. If this is the case, then write at the end of the description field "D" (e.g., AEDEAN2018 Jane Smith D). Please, let us know if you require a vegetable dinner, or any other dietary restrictions when sending payment confirmation (see below).

Any other bank fees charged by remitting banks are to be covered by the sender. Unfortunately, payment by credit card is NOT available.

NOTE that your registration will NOT be complete until you have sent your bank transfer receipt via e-mail, in a pdf file, to the Conference Treasurer, Paula Martín Salván (paula.martin@uco.es) together with a copy of the registration form.

Cancellation policy: The registration fee will be refunded for cancellations made by October 20, 2018 (all bank charges to be borne by requester). No registration fee refunds will be made for cancellations after that date. Cancellations with refund request should be made via e-mail to Paula Martín Salván (paula.martin@uco.es).
