The main objetive is to develop a software application (Virtual Laboratory) for “grado” students (engineering and sciences) and “postgrado” students to obtain theoretical and practical knowledge of the structure and biorefineries operation.

              Other objectives:

• Development of a multiplatform computer and accessible application that contain information about the processes of biomass use and other products that make up a biorefinery, tools and laboratory analysis methods.

• Development of tutorials of different processes.

• Student familiarity with measuring instruments and technological processes by simulating its operation.

• Information updating by means of the management of different user levels to the application.

• Developing a user interface easy for any user even for non-experts.

• Development of a multiplatform and accessible web page that includes all lab application modules tackled in this project and allows its widening with more application modules.
