Searching in historical libraries

The «Historic Copies» database affords information about the known presence of Erasmus' works in private or institutional libraries in Spain during the XVI, XVII and XVIII centuries. You can consult this database by introducing one or several elements into the following list of search criteria. Please pay attention to the NOTES below the list: Owner: Profession: Author: Work (title verbatim): Work (key word): Type of document: Place where it was published: Year in which it was published: Archive / Library: Source of information: [Consult bibliographic references] BEHisp reference:              NOTES:  To show the secondary lists attached to the fields «Profession», «Author» and «Work (key word)» you must pull down the relevant windows. You may, however, have a tool bar or some kind of navigator that blocks this type of window. If this is the case you will have to configure this function to allow their appearance.   In all the «text» fields you can truncate a sequence of characters with the percentage sign (%).   If you initiate the search without including any selection criteria you will be shown all the «historical copies» recorded in the database.
