Year Spanish language and culture course

This course is mainly addressed to students who are starting to learn Spanish, but also suitable to any other foreign person interested in learning or consolidating their knowledge of the Spanish language.

TOTAL NUMBER OF CONTACT HOURS: 600 (30 week course)

LEVEL REQUIRED: BEGINNER / A1

CONTENTS: The basic structure of the course comprises three main areas:

• Spanish grammar/ Use of language
• Conversation and Language Skills Practicum
• Spanish culture and work in the languages laboratory

The course includes subjects such as Spanish Language and Culture (History, Art, Literatura and Cinema, Spanish daily life), and also a complete program of special activities such as excursions and visits to interesting places focusing on the wealth of Spanish cultural heritage.

DATES:

• September 11, 2023 – May 30, 2024
• September 10, 2024 – May 29, 2025

CLASS SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, from 9.30 – 14.00 (4 hours a day)

On Fridays, students attend special activities (cinema, language laboratory, visits to interesting places or excursions to other cities).

OTHER SERVICES: UCOidiomas is fully equipped with computers, wi-fi access, and a library.

HEALTH INSURANCE: Students should come to Spain having an International Health Insurance from his/her country of origin in order to receive medical care (E/111 for EU members).

ACCOMMODATION: UCOIDIOMAS offers different options:

• Spanish host family (full board).
• Shared flats with other students.

PRICE: 4.800 EUR

(Tuition Spanish Language course + didactic material + Cultural Activities).

Accommodation is not included.
