Javier Andrés Morras Cortés

Javier Morras is a team member of the Cognitive and Functional Linguistics research group at University of Córdoba, Spain. His main research interests are related to Cognitive Linguistics, particularly to the interaction between non-linguistic conceptual structures and language, space and time, and figurative language. He is currently working on the metonymic motivation behind emojis and linguistic expressions that deal with body-part words.
