PhD in Natural Sciences (Cordoba, 1986). 
Associate Professor of Genetics (Univ. Córdoba, 1989). Postdoctoral research at the Laboratoire de Genetique Moleculaire. Institut de Recherches Scientifiques sur le Cancer, CNRS, France, 1988-1990. University of Cordoba (1983-present).

 

Coauthor of 22 scientific publications. Director of 3 PhD Theses and 2 Master Theses. Co-founding member of the companiesBIOVET-UCO (1990) and CANVAX S.C (2000).
Ad hoc referee of various scientific journals. Member of the Teaching Commission of the Sciences Faculty of the University of Cordoba. Participation in a project of Teaching Innovation funded by the University of Cordoba. Teaching in the Master of Excellence “Molecular and Cellular Biotechnology and Genetics” in the PhD program of Biosciences and Agrifood Sciences. 
Her research focuses on the molecular mechanisms of pathogenicity in Fusarium oxysporum, particularly on the process of protein degradation by the proteasome in relation to fungal pathogenicity
