ANIMAL FEEDING THEMATIC NETWORK
GENERAL OBJECTIVE
Creation and maintenance of a discussion, information and research forum on animal feeding and nutrition. This forum should allow to reach the specific objectives.
SPECIFIC OBJETIVES

To make joint decisions and/or proposals for the corresponding organisms regarding the following matters: nomenclature and codification, sampling, nutritive evaluation, animal nutrition including additives, digestive pathologies and animal well-being, feeding systems, traceability and feed security, etc.

To identify I+D+i needs in the agro-alimentary sector concerning animal feeding.

To promote and to guarantee research projects with objectives corresponding with needs previously mentioned.

To facilitate complementariness in case of coordinated projects.

To carry out analysis and prospection of the available information.

To develop information and technology transference mechanisms for all the agents implied in the sector. In this sense, the establishment of an INFORMATION NETWORK among different databases and webs of the implied agents will be caused. Logically the reserved information is excluded.

To collaborate with others organizations and work groups at international level, with special emphasis in European and Latin American countries.

To facilitate the mobility of researchers between the participant centers in the network.
