UCOidiomas Students of Spanish Visit Córdoba’s Mosque-Cathedral

Once again Middlebury College placed its trust in UCOidiomas, the University of Córdoba’s language center, to teach its students Spanish language and culture under the auspices of the prestigious American university.

The UCOidiomas course runs from February 6 to May 31, 2022, and includes an advanced Spanish component during the semester, as an ideal complement and supplement to the classes that students take in the School of Philosophy and Letters. It also includes guided cultural activities during the first days of their stay in Córdoba to introduce students to the city’s most emblematic sites.

In this way, pedagogy and didactics are rounded out by linguistic and cultural immersion activities, which include the group of students visiting the Andalusian city’s Mosque-Cathedral, learning about each of its areas, and enjoying its surroundings. They were accompanied throughout by the course’s teacher/coordinator María Jesús Jurado and UCO Head of Studies Candelaria Díaz.

UCOidiomas boasts a wide range of Spanish History, Culture and Language professors who always give the best of themselves to achieve optimal student training by applying our natural and pleasant methodology.
