Dolores Pérez and Ana Garrido participate in Cotech

The Cotech week (Culture of Agrofood and technological entrepreneurship in Córdoba) has been held at Real Jardín Botánico de Córdoba (October, 16-20th). 

In the context of the activity, more than 300 studends from 7 education centres of Córdoba have attended to 5 talks and 20 coffee breaks to talk about science, in which researchers and technologists have presented their research projects and they have encouraged them to undertake their own ideas and entrepreneurial projects. 

Scientists and professors of the School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering, Dolores Pérez y Ana Garrido, have approached in their talk "New tecnnologies and sensors for food quality control", the use of spectral sensors to control agrofood products and processes.
