In our Munich Development Center (MDC) in Germany we aredeveloping, testing and characterizing industry-leading high-speed DRAM memories, which are used in high-performance computing, artificial intelligence, graphic cards, game consoles, automotive, autonomous driving. To support our growing DRAM business in Munich we are looking for a DRAM product engineer.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for new DRAM products and coordinate resources, testing, and analysis over the lifecycle of the product
• Verify the DRAM functionality for new chip designs by performing measurements on wafer in ATE (AutomaticTest Equipment), oscilloscope, multimeter
• Extract and analyze test and manufacturing parametric data and subsequently correlate them
• Analyze the root cause of fail mechanisms
• Develop and validate device testing programs in ATE
• Perform test program simulations
• Discuss results with design and process experts and assess root causes of fail mechanisms

Qualification

• University master degree in electrical engineering, physics or computer science
• Background in semiconductor physics, digital and analog electronics
• Programming skills in one or more common languages
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Proactive and independent way or working
• Fluent English skills
