Las primeras convocatorias para 2023 de los Clusters del Pilar II del programa marco Horizonte Europa abren en el mes de diciembre de 2022, aunque hay clusters que sus convocatorias no abrirán hasta el año 2023 (ver tabla más abajo).
Los programas de trabajo (Work Programme, WP) para los años 2023-2024 de los diferentes clusters, en los que se detallan los topics que serán financiados en las convocatorias para este nuevo período, se pueden consultar en los siguientes enlaces:

- Cluster 3: Seguridad Civil para la Sociedad
- Cluster 4: Digital, Industria y Espacio
- Cluster 5: Clima, Energía y Movilidad
- Cluster 6: Alimentación, Bioeconomía, Recursos Naturales, Agricultura y Medio Ambiente
Los clusters están organizados en Destinations (Destinos), que son los bloques en los que se divide el programa de trabajo, en este caso para el periodo bianual 2023-2024. A su vez, cada Destination se subdivide en las diferentes convocatorias, para 2023 y 2024, y dentro de cada convocatoria se engloban los topics previstos en cada programa de trabajo.
