Workshop: Use of Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment tools. Case studies on foodborne pathogens in ready-to-eat foods

27th – 28th October, University of Cordoba (Spain)
Registration period closed

The present Workshop will be organized within the framework of a funded EFSA Partnering Grant: GP/EFSA/ENCO/2020/03 GA3, entitled Application of novel predictive microbiology techniques to shelf-life studies on Listeria monocytogenes in ready-to-eat foods (Listeria Predict).

The main objective of the Workshop is to provide knowledge and hands-on training on the most used QMRA tools using different case studies and examples in RTE foods.

This 1.5-day Workshop will be taught in face-to-face and virtual modalities and will be delivered by UCO researchers Antonio Valero, Fernando Pérez-Rodríguez, Elena Carrasco, and Aricia M. Melo Possas.

There will be 25 seats available for the face-to-face modality, with priority to the Listeria Predict and ArtisaneFood Consortia. Virtual attendance is limited to 50 participants, previous free registration in the following link
