El 2 de julio los nuevos programas de trabajo de H2020, Programa Marco de Investigación e Innovación de la UE para la convocatoria 2020, fueron aprobados. Este programa de trabajo titulado Information and Communication Technologies pertenece al pilar de Liderazgo Industrial. Esta prioridad tiene por objeto acelerar el desarrollo de las tecnologías e innovaciones que sirvan de base para las empresas del futuro y ayudar a las PYME innovadoras europeas a convertirse en empresas líderes en el mundo.
Se tratarán diferentes temas generales, disponiéndose para cada uno una serie de topics. Todos los topics estarán disponibles para su preparación desde el 19 de noviembre y hasta el 22 de abril.
