Biography

Antonio is a multidisciplinary professional with more than 10 years of experience in the development and implementation of government strategies, action plans and programs to support industrial and economic development. He also has several years of experience in the provision of consulting services to governments, multilateral organizations, universities, technology parks, large companies, and technology SMEs on topics related to the valorisation and transfer of knowledge and technology, development of technology and innovation partnerships, innovation auditing, development of technology and innovation management strategies, technology surveillance and foresight, and financing of R&D&I activities.

Antonio holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in pharmacy, biochemistry, biotechnology, cell biology, and business administration. He is currently pursuing a second PhD degree at the Department of Agricultural Economics of the University of Córdoba (Spain), where he is applying system dynamics methods to the analysis of agriculture, water, and the circular bioeconomy in Andalusia.
