Biography Laura has a degree in agri-food and rural engineering (2020), a Master in Agronomic Engineering (2022), and a Master in Digital Transformation of the Agri-food and Forestry Sector (2022) at the University of Córdoba. Since 2023, she has been working at University of Córdoba in Agricultural Economics, Finance and Accounting department. She is currently PhD Student in agricultural, food, forestry, and sustainable rural development engineering. Her thesis is based on the agro-ecological transformation of the agri-food sector and the analysis of the barriers that hinder it.
